Kalamassery, Kerala, A suspected terrorist attack rocked a convention centre in Kalamassery, Ernakulam district, Kerala, on Sunday morning. Sources close to the investigation revealed that the initial assessment strongly suggests a terror attack. Chief Minister, Pinarayi Vijayan confirmed that two of the injured are in critical condition. Assistant Commissioner, Baby PV, of ACP Thrikkakara informed News18 that two blasts occurred within a span of 5 to 10 seconds. “The situation is under control,” Baby PV stated during the preliminary investigation. Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) teams are actively examining the site to determine whether this was indeed a bomb blast.
