Gov. Abdulrahman Mourns Passing of Two Senior Citizens

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman Abdulrazaq has expressed deep sadness over the deaths of Alhaji Musa Mayaki, a prominent politician and community leader, and Alhaji Hanafi Ologbin, the Alangua of Adewole.

According to Rafiu Ajakaye, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, “The Governor says the deaths of the two statesmen are a personal loss to him and to the Ilorin Emirate, as they positively impacted their communities.”

Governor Abdulrazaq extended his heartfelt condolences to the Emir of Ilorin, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, and to the families of the deceased. He prayed that Allaah illuminates their graves, admits them to al-jannah Firdaus, and upholds their families upon goodness.

This is not the first time Governor Abdulrazaq has mourned the passing of a senior citizen. He previously expressed sadness over the death of APC chieftain Alhaji Abubakar Ndakene, also known as Marafan Shonga.
