Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has taken a significant step in shaping the state’s future by signing the 2024 Appropriation Bill into law, amounting to a substantial N800 billion, today, 14th of November 2023.
The governor initially presented the comprehensive budget to the four-member House of Assembly on December 13, where Speaker Edison Ehie and the assembly members meticulously reviewed and deliberated on its various components.
