Kwara State Amirul-Hajj, Oba Ismail Yahya Alebiosu, has reaffirmed his commitment to collaborating with the State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board (MPWB) to ensure a successful and hitch-free Hajj operation in 2025.
Oba Alebiosu expressed his gratitude to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for appointing him to lead the state’s Hajj delegation to Saudi Arabia. He appealed for support from the board members to ensure a successful Hajj exercise and commended the Pilgrims Board for its proactive approach.
“The Board has been working diligently to finalize logistics, accommodation, medical arrangements, and pilgrims’ welfare packages,” said Prof. Mahmud-Mashood Jimba, Chairman of the Kwara State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board. “We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that all necessary arrangements are put in place for a stress-free and spiritually fulfilling journey to Saudi Arabia.”
This development comes as the Kwara State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board assured that it would continue to work tirelessly to ensure a successful Hajj operation, with barely two months to the commencement of the Hajj exercise.
According to Hauwa Abdulkadir, Assistant Press Secretary of the Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, the board is committed to ensuring a seamless and well-coordinated Hajj operation for intending pilgrims from the state.
