Students Fight Over Orientation Biscuits And Drinks

On the 19th of April, the University of Porthacourt, also known as Uniport, was embroiled in a crisis that saw two freshers come to blows over Orientation’s biscuits and drinks.

The skirmish, which lasted a few minutes, was said to have been caused by a disagreement over who was entitled to more treats.

Thankfully, the situation did not escalate further as the Student Union Government (SUG) President of Uniport stepped in to settle the dispute.

With a calming voice, he brokered a peace deal between the two warring parties, assuaging their tempers and restoring peace to the campus.

In a show of generosity, the SUG President went above and beyond to ensure that the students parted on good terms.

He provided them with more drinks and biscuits and made sure they were satisfied before they shook hands, smiled happily, and went on their separate ways.

As Uniport students continue to settle into their new academic environment, measures have been put in place to prevent any similar occurrences in the future.

Campus authorities have reiterated their commitment to maintaining a healthy and peaceful learning environment on the campus, which is crucial to the success of the student body.
