Kwara State athletes have been officially verified and cleared to participate in the 9th edition of the National Youth Games (NYG) named “Asaba 2025” held at the Stephen Keshi National Stadium, Asaba, Delta State today 28th of August 2025.
Team Kwara will be proudly represented in cycling Ayo, Table Tennis, Para Table Tennis, Handball, Tennis and Chess, Swimming, and Darts.
Other games Kwara State will be featuring are Shooting, Scrabble, Badminton, Volleyball, Para Powerlifting, Athletics, Para Athletics Deaf Athletics, and Weightlifting.
The National Youth Games serve as a platform to discover, develop, and promote young talents who will go on to represent Nigeria on bigger stages.
