The Senior Special Assistant on Digital Innovations to the Kwara State Governor, Hon. Kayode Ishola, has congratulated Mr. Sulyman Shaba Olajide, an educator at Community Junior Secondary School, Babanloma, on his recognition as one of the Outstanding Junior Secondary School Teachers in Ifelodun Local Government Area at the 2026 World Teachers’ Day celebrations.
Mr. Shaba, an instructor with the Kwara Coding and Digital Literacy Programme since 2024, was recognised by the Kwara State Government for his exemplary service, innovation and commitment to student development.
Hon. Ishola described the award as a well-deserved recognition of Mr. Shaba’s dedication to teaching and digital education.
“Mr. Sulyman Shaba represents the very best of our teaching workforce in Kwara State. Since joining the Kwara Coding and Digital Literacy Programme in 2024, he has distinguished himself through technical expertise, passion and a strong commitment to preparing young learners for the digital economy.
“This recognition is a fitting reward for his hard work and dedication, and we are proud of his achievement.”
Hon. Ishola also commended the Executive Governor of Kwara State, His Excellency Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON, for his sustained investment in education and efforts to improve the welfare and recognition of teachers.

Hon. Ishola reaffirmed his office’s commitment to supporting the Governor’s vision for a modern, technology-driven education system, stressing that continued investment in teachers and digital learning will create lasting opportunities for Kwara’s children.
He congratulated Mr. Shaba once again and encouraged educators across the state to continue pursuing excellence and innovation in their service.
