Mogaji Celebrates Governor AbdulRazaq’s Turbaning as Sardauna of Ilorin Emirate, Hails Him as Man of Honour

The Executive Chairman of the Kwara State Sports Commission, Mallam Bolakale Adisa Mogaji, has felicitated with the Executive Governor of Kwara State, His Excellency Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, on his turbaning as the Sardauna of Ilorin Emirate.
Mallam Mogaji described the conferment of the prestigious traditional title on the Governor as a significant honour and a fitting recognition of his leadership qualities, commitment to public service and contributions to the development of Kwara State.
In a statement issued to mark the occasion, the Executive Chairman Kwara State Sports Commission described Governor AbdulRazaq as a true man of honour, whose dedication to the advancement of the state has continued to earn him the respect and goodwill of the people.
He noted that the traditional title carries great historical and cultural significance within the Ilorin Emirate, adding that the recognition bestowed on the Governor is a reflection of the confidence and esteem in which he is held.
According to him, the occasion provides an opportunity to acknowledge Governor AbdulRazaq’s efforts in promoting development across various sectors, including sports, youth empowerment and other areas of public service.
Mallam Mogaji further commended the Governor for his commitment to creating opportunities for young people and supporting initiatives aimed at improving the welfare and development of citizens across the state.
He expressed confidence that the new traditional responsibility would further inspire Governor AbdulRazaq to continue serving the people with humility, integrity and dedication.
The Executive Chairman Kwara Sports Commission prayed that Almighty Allah would grant the Governor continued wisdom, good health, strength and guidance in the discharge of his responsibilities, both as the chief executive of the state and as the newly turbaned Sardauna of the Ilorin Emirate.
