The Disciplinary Committee of the NFF Friday, 28th April, reinstated the 3 points deducted from the total for Remo Stars by the Interim Management Committee (IMC) of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
The fine of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000.00) only, imposed on Remo Stars FC for failure to provide adequate security for the match official before, during and after the match is hereby set aside.
The Committee affirms the fine of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000.00) only, imposed on Remo Stars FC for failure to ensure the restriction of access by unauthorised persons, with particular reference to the case of Mr. Ekene.
The fine of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N250,000.00) only being compensatory payment to the assaulted Centre Referee, Ukah Ndubuisi is hereby set aside.
