Since assuming office as the Pioneer Executive Chairman of the Kwara State Sports Commission, Coach Bolakale Adisa Mogaji has consistently demonstrated uncommon leadership, administrative courage, and a deep passion for the growth of sports and youth development in Kwara State.
Despite criticism, blackmail, and unnecessary rivalry, you continue to do good for the state and its people. I wonder why some people keep throwing stones, but I later realized you are a “ripe fruit” that everyone wants to have at all costs. Your principles are another factor that gives many people headaches.
Without doubt, Coach Bola Mogaji has transformed the narrative of sports in Kwara State. Under his leadership, Kwara has regained relevance and competitiveness at the National Youth Games and the National Sports Festival, with athletes now competing with renewed confidence, discipline, and determination. The state’s sporting image has witnessed remarkable improvement through strategic planning, athlete motivation, and effective coordination of sporting activities.
One of the most visible achievements of his administration is the development and rehabilitation of sports infrastructure across the state.
Facilities that once suffered neglect are gradually receiving attention, creating a more conducive environment for athletes to train and excel. His vision has further inspired hope among sports lovers and stakeholders who desire sustainable growth for sports in Kwara.
Beyond infrastructure, Coach Bola Mogaji has invested heavily in human capital development.
